Job description 1- Responsible for planning and developing the Production Process Test Specifications. Develop the EE part of the Production Process Test Specification. This document shall contain information on the tests that have to be performed during production to verify the operability of every single manufactured product. 2- Verify the EE Component and verify all dimensions/functions. Perform Regression Test and decide about how found errors will be handled. Perform tests according to the EE Test Specification. 3- Develop electronic circuits and electromechanical components based on the EE Requirements and EE Architecture, carry them over into ECAD system (e.g.: schematics, layout) or MCAD system (e.g.: housing, ECU connector interface, cover, coils, etc.) and review them with all relevant stakeholders. 4- Create and update the EE PCB Design according to internal and external requirements. Check the layout and perform the post processing. Generating PCB layouts via usage of the following inputs: - Layout schematic - Mechanical drawings - Internal standards - Company standards - ASC layout rules 5- Define the EE tests of single components, of the EE component and also for new concepts and technologies. Plan EE Test Tracing. Document this information in the EE Test Plan and specify the tests in the initial EE Test Specification. Start the EMC & Reliability support activities and plan the test preparation activities. Define and develop the necessary test environment (e.g. lifetime tester) and trigger their build up or their procurement. 6- Establish the test environment for all test levels which supports the repeatable execution of the EE Part Test, the EE Integration Test, and EE Component Test. Evaluate Test Result and decide potential next actions .
Job requirement 1- Bachelor or Master engineering degree, electrical or automotive engineering plus 2- Electronics System/Product Design and Manufacturing experience plus 3- Experience in test activities. 4- English skill is good.
