What will your role be?
Assist the Manager to develop the supporting infrastructure necessary to the effective growth of the Legal Compliance Program, with a particular focus key accounts.
Manage Legal Compliance program in China, include collecting targets information, as focal point with law firm and support law firm to convince target company, negotiate with target company about compliance plan.
Assist the Manager to review, develop and enhance the supporting infrastructure for the engagement of third parties who have been engaged to support or advance the strategy of the Legal Compliance program.
Manage Legal Compliance case ,issue soft and standard compliance letters in respect of qualified leads. Follow up with phone calls and visits, where appropriate. Issue reminder letters to non-responders. Draft tailored letters, where appropriate.
Assist the manager to provide direct responses to compliance actions to the appropriate party, if necessary.
Support and work with the business to ensure that opportunities are created by the relevant responsible person within each of the sales channels.

Your key success factors
Bachelor degree, majored in legal or computer technical is preferred
With around 5 years’ experience in License Compliance investigator or an inside sales role, as well as negotiation experience with customers.
Good communicate skills, good licensing and understanding capability
With innovative and possess an investigative mindset with strong desire to learn
