一、Responsibilities: 1 PLM System Data Management: Become a key user for company's PLM system (Oracle Agile). This includes managing workflows and data integrity. 2 Product Codification & Standardization: implement existing product codification standards and naming conventions to ensure consistent and accurate product identification across the organization. 3 BOM Management: create, maintain, and manage accurate and up-to-date Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the PLM system, ensuring proper component selection, revision control, and change management. 4 Documentation Management: analyze customer documentation and cooperate with Manufacturing team to realize and validate internal production documentation which are then uploaded into PLM system. 5 Engineering Change Management (ECM): manage the engineering change process within the PLM system, ensuring that changes are properly documented, reviewed, and implemented. 6 New Product Introduction (NPI) Support: support the NPI process by ensuring that all product data, including drawings, specifications, and BOMs, are accurately entered and managed within the PLM system. 7 Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PLM system usage, product data management, and overall efficiency. 二、Qualifications: 1 Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 2 English language. 3 Previous experience in EMS environment. 4 Strong experience with PLM systems is required. Oracle Agile experience is a plus 5 Deep understanding of product codification principles and best practices. 6 Proficiency in BOM management and engineering change management processes. 7 Experience with Gerber/CAD software (e.g., Viewmate, Altium, Allegro, AutoCAD) is a plus. 8 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 9 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 10 Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
