a. Responsibility
61 Lead role conducting and qualifying new Potential suppliers according to business requirements.
61 Enhancing supplier development based on Advance Technical Procurement Techniques supporting company strategies and requirements.
61 Support and coordinate with Asia plants SQEs, the definition of Supplier annual KPls.
61 Support and coordinate with Asia plants SQEs, the annual surveillance audit plans for Suppliers in AMT system.
61 Responsible to lead and direct plant SQEs team on the proper execution of the supplier escalation and development system.
61 Coordinate technical reviews and assessments at supplier sites.
61 Develop supplier capabilities to meet Gestamp and customer requirements
61 Conduct Supplier Quality training.
61 Support plant to drive performance improvements to the established objectives at Suppliers.
61 Coordinate cross functional technical critical problem resolution at Supplier.
61 Scope of this position will include supporting other divisions in the group auditing suppliers Located in Asia Region.
61 Follows established procedures and best practices.
61 Review of work is based on technical judgment, overall adequacy, and accuracy at predefined milestones.
61 Implementation, Maintenance, and training of relevant quality systems (FULLSTEP Qlikview, GoSupply, etc) in division.
61 Support important project for supplier management as requested.
61 Support for related audits, such as customer audits, lATF 16949 audit, TISAX audit
61 Performs other duties as required

b. Requirement
61 5 plus years of experience
61 3 plus years of Manufacturing or Engineering experience, Automotive industry is preferred
61 University Diploma in related discipline or equivalent experience
61 lATF 16949 internal auditor certificate
61 VDA 6.3 and 6.5 valid certificate
61 Core Tools knowledge (SPC, MSA, APQP, VDA-FMEA, PPAP)
61 Supplemental automotive AlAG Standards knowledge (CQl-8, CQ1-9, CQ1-12, CQl14, CQ1-15, CQ1-16)
61 Strong functional and technical Skills
61 Good communication and negotiation skill
61 English fluent
61 This position requires to travel at least 80% of the time to support plants in Asia
