The main responsibility of the Digital Sales Manager is to support the Marcom team to organize on-line marketing activities and make the sales leads become deal. The Digital Sale Manager tasks to gain sales leads on-line, then filter out the qualified sales leads, track the sales leads and then work with both vehicle sales team and dealers to enhance the sales volume.
Duties and Tasks 1. 13Digital sales policy establishment which should be aligned with the overall vehicle sales strategy 2. Cooperate with Marcom team to improve digital sales strategy continuously 3. Implement OEM on-line sales activities. Lead by example 4. Cooperate with Package sales team to promote Package sales concept to on-line market. Feed back the customer expectation to Package sales team and support to work out the corresponding on-line package sales strategy 5. Analyze/filter the on-line sales leads, track the sales leads and work out the report 6. General monitoring digital sales leads qualification in dealer level 7. Implement local digital sales activities at dealers level 8. Coordinate with Channel Sales team in case of business conflicts happen 9. Coach, motivate and encourage accountability in digital sales team to reach sales target 10. Coach, motivate and encourage the dealer digital sales team to contribute to sales target 11. Engage actively in sales meetings 12. Visit dealers and workshops regularly for development and follow up
Experience & qualifications 1. Relevant Education or equivalent work experience 2. B2B digital sales experience is prefered 3. Business knowledge and experience from a similar role an advantage 4. Managerial and Leadership experience is preferred 5. Excellent office software skill 6. Fluent in English
