Mission Your mission is to develop new and important customers in energy & metal fabrication segment, promote company product & solution and achieve sales revenue target. 您的使命是开发新的重要客户在能源及金属加工行业,推广公司产品和解决方案,实现销售收入。
Major Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 61 Perform SWOT analysis for energy & metal fabrication segment, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback. 61 Aggressively exploit the responsible to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities. 61 Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, seminars, WTL, line audits, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order. 61 Find, select, develop and manage distributors 61 Cooperate with customer and project team in customer project, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values. 61 Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis. 61 Cooperate with service, project to achieve customer satisfaction 61 Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivable & overdue 61 Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors, and MTBs 61 Report timely and accurately in Salesforce 61 Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.
Education & Experience 61 College degree or above with engineering background 61 At least 3 years working experience as sales 61 Industrial/machinery industry background is required 61 Premium brands selling experience is required. 61 Experiences in segment distributor managment and development 61 Prefer sales experiences in Oil & Gas / Wind Power / Nuclear Power / General Power Generation
