Responsibilities:
Sales Contract Handling Prepare sales contract as per sales team’s requirements, verify the contract price, send to customer via email 根据销售团队要求准备销售合同,核对合同价格,邮件发送合同给客户 Follow up contract chopping 跟进合同盖章事宜 Check payment receipts and track contract status 核查款项,跟踪合同状态 Update the order status in the system 系统更新订单状态 Follow up invoice issue 跟进发票事宜 Respond to any non-technical issues from sales team and customers 响应销售团队和客户关于任何非技术问题问询
Delivery Tracking Respond to any inquiries of delivery status from sales team 响应销售团队关于发货状态的问询 Follow up labels and cartons replacement if have 跟进标签和纸箱更换事宜(如有)
Spare parts Management Ordering of spare parts 订购备件 Inventory management of spare parts 备件库存管理 Ensuring the safety stock level for spare parts 保证备件库存在安全范围内 Incoming and outgoing management of inventory for spare parts 更新备件库存
Repairing & Warranty Assist to receive devices for repairing 协助点收送修机器 Verify the delivery time of devices based on its serial number and confirm the warranty status 根据序列号核查送修机器的发货时间,并确认送修机器是否保内状态 Send quotations for out-of-warranty devices to customers, check service payment receipts, and follow up invoices issue 保外机器维修发报价给客户,核查款项,跟进开票事宜 Apply for warranty spare parts online for devices under warranty and follow up 在线申请保内更换备件并跟进 Maintain records of repairing daily 日常维护维修记录 Provide failure statistics report monthly 每月提供维修记录报表
Bidding Tendering document preparation as per RSM requirements 根据区域经理要求准备投标文件 Share tendering information with sales team daily, and collect business data for sales team weekly 每日邮件发出招投标信息,并每周收集信息
LOA Management Prepare Authorization documents 准备授权文件 Confirm the authorized product and terms with RSM 与相应区域经理确认授权产品和授权期限 Follow up stamp after getting approval from top management 上层批复后跟进盖章事宜
400 hotlines Obey rules of answering 400 hotlines 遵守400热线电话接听细则 Provide Weekly reports and sent to RSM 提供400来电周报,每周发给相应区域经理
Others Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor 完成主管交待的其他任务
Qualifications:
Education College degree or above 大专以上学历 CET 4 or CET 6 英语4级或6级
Experience At least 3 working years in customer service field. 具备3年以上客服相关工作经验 Working experience in foreign enterprise is a plus. 有外企工作经验为佳
Capabilities Good English writing and speaking skills, organizational and communication skills, good teamwork spirit. 良好的英语读写能力,沟通能力,团队协作能力 Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access is plus. 熟练使用办公软件,如会使用Access更佳 Good integrity and trust. Highly honest, mature, professional, demonstrated problem-solving skills. 为人诚恳、踏实,良好的解决问题能力 Detail oriented and good at process management, proactive, responsible, detailed, service oriented. 细节导向,服务导向,擅长流程管理推动,积极主动,有责任心 Work under high pressure, good time management, and work planning/ prioritizing ability, be able to accomplish multi-tasks by short deadline. 可在高压下工作,良好的时间管理,可同时承担多重工作
