【工作职责】 1. New Product Development - Support market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to drive product innovation including concept development, formulation development, consumer test etc. - Collaborate with R&D, content, finance and supply chain teams on product formulation, packaging, and cost efficiency. - Execute product launch plans with integrated marketing strategies across channels. 2. Brand Communication & Campaign Management - Support omnichannel campaigns (digital, social media, KOL partnerships, events, crossover) to enhance brand equity and innovation awareness & sales acceleration - Create engaging content and optimize media ROI through data-driven adjustments. - Monitor campaign performance and sales data - KOL/KOC management and gatekeeping content proposed by KOL/KOC 3. Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with sales and e-commerce teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and innovation target delivery; - Support Ad-hoc internal and external projects with cross function teams.
【工作要求】 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. 1-3 years of FMCG marketing experience or creative agency experience 3. Proficient in data analysis (Excel/PPT); excellent communication and project management skills. 4. Passion for Western cuisine trends; fluent in English for global collaboration.
