POSITION RESPONSIBILITY 岗位职责
1. Create and plan the engineering quality activities within the responsible projects (checkpoint audit, artefact audits, reviews, …)
在负责的项目中创建和计划工程质量活动(检查点审核，工件审核，评审)。
2. Ensure adherence to process and work instructions by conducting project level audits.
通过执行项目级别的审核，确保过程和工作指导的遵守。
3. Conduct QA review of project documents as described in PCIM – configuration management document.
对PCIM-配置管理文件中描述的项目文件进行QA审查。
4. Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective actions to solve the non-conformities found in all kinds of quality audits in collaboration with project team.
开发，建议和监督纠正措施，以解决在各种质量审核中发现的不合格问题。
5. Ensure transfer of knowledge and best practices across teams and projects.
跨团队和项目实现知识及技能传帮带。
6. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures in project level.
在项目层面解释和实施质量保证标准和程序。
7. Validate deviations in different project phases and recommend necessary actions.
验证不同项目阶段的偏差并推荐必要的措施。
8. Report Quality status for TG recommendation meetings.
为技术小组建议会议报告质量状况。
9. Track and report quality metrics.
跟踪和报告质量指标。
10. Escalate internal and external stakeholder issues to Quality Manager.
将内部和外部利益相关者的问题上报给质量经理。
11. Support 8D team with methodical guidance and statistical evaluation.

12. Support engineering organization by contributing to quality-related training activities.

13. Customer interface from an Engineering Quality standpoint.

14. Join internal / external A-SPICE potential analysis and assessments as certified co-assessor.

15. Promote standardization and continuous improvement of engineering processes and procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION 任职要求
1. Diploma: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in automotive engineering, software engineering, electronics and telecommunication, computer preferred
学历要求：本科及以上学历，车辆工程、软件工程、电子与通信等相关专业，计算机类专业优先
2. Working Experience: Minimum 10 years working experiences in software quality assurance or project management at Automotive industry. Software development background is preferred. Experience with full life cycle software development following CMMI, ASPICE, SAFe Agile, etc.
工作经验要求：至少 10年汽车行业软件质量保证或项目管理工作经验。有软件开发背景者优先。具有CMMI、ASPICE、SAFe Agile等全生命周期软件开发经验。
3. Language: Excellent business English Skill.
语言要求：极佳的商务英语能力。
4. Technical Skills: Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of quality assurance. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements. Solid experience in organize and conduct internal audit. Knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949, AutoSAR, ISO26262, 8D. Have project management skill.
