Responsibility for driving FAB digital strategy, Manage SCRM, digital and social Media key day-to-day activities related reporting. Guide the content, function, creativity, and visual of the brand digital platform and improve the construction and revision of the digital platform. work closely in digital related project with related stakeholders within Marketing team and cross-functional teams. The Digital Marketer will add value in driving brand awareness, brand engagement and marketing automation
Functions, Duties, Tasks:
1.Establish a strategy & execution plan for digital and marketing automation to deliver against the marketing plan and activities.
2.Manage and execute SCRM system, link the system with business process and BU strategy.
3.Lead/Support online brand communication content release, planning and execution 1)Support to set up goals and tracking progress for digital platforms and campaigns. 2)Capture data and generate regular digital reports, like CDP, social listening etc 3)Monitor brand online performance and lead post-campaign reporting.
4.Generate Leads by digital way to effective business process or create new business opportunity. 1)Define appropriate leads and make best practices and strategies to extend market share. 2)Define action plan to implement the new business opportunities.
5.Define and explore future business opportunities by data analysis
6.Track campaigns KPIs, continuous testing, adjustment, and work with BM, MCO to improve campaigns
7.Work in tandem with various teams to support digital activation design to make our campaigns successful (e.g., brand management, MCO, SO etc.).
1.Undergraduate degree above, major in digital, Marketing, IT, Analysis, Veterinary, Animal Science, and other relevant area, Bachelor degree or above.
2.At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
3.Experience in SCRM+CDP management, or digital marketing or marketing automation in healthcare or FMCG industry.
4.Strong ability to build trust with and influencing internal and external business stakeholders
5.Effective working in a fast paced and evolving environment that requires strong ownership, bias for actions, ability to prioritize, and deliver high quality results.
6.Fluent English in both spoken and written, CET 6 is preferred
