1. 支持并追踪供应商战略的执行。Support and follow of implementation of supplier strategy. 2. 对供应商提供支持，控制并督促其持续改进，不断提高供货业绩。Support supplier, control and follow improvement of their delivery performance continuously 3. 计划、组织供应商资格年度复审，并报告结果并追踪改进措施的实施。Planning, Organize, reporting annual supplier evaluation and follow the result of the improvement measure. 4. 评估供应商绩效，改善和建立供应商关系。Monitor and evaluate supplier performance (quality, delivery, lead time) of all suppliers, improve and build relationships with supplies. 5. 参与供应商评估和供应商发展规划工作，保证公司集中于从***的供应商处采购。Assess and develop suppliers from the technological standpoint (if necessary, jointly with interface partners) in order to concentrate on the best supplier.
任职要求 Required Job Qualifications
1. 大学或以上，主修电气类、机械类等理工类专业 University or above, Major in Electrical or Mechanical engineering. 2. 至少五年以上相关方面工作经验，具一定的采购商务经验，熟悉机电专业知识 5 years or over experience in commercial experience, Strong machinery and electronic knowledge. 3. 能熟练操作计算机，熟悉相关软件(SAP,Office等) Good PC skill and software(SAP,Office). 4. 英语听说读写流利，能用英语进行沟通 Fluent in English in writing and speaking. 5. 具备出色的与人交流的能力，具有一定接受多任务能力 Time management and follow up skills and the ability to multi-task. Good communication skills.
