Responsibilities: 61 Technical support to hydraulic, lubrication, cooling system etc. 61 Ability to translate the technical issues into a business case and support Sourcing on the continuous improvements. 61 Act as one voice towards the global organization on the technical issues and be a contact interface with Mechanical Engineering & CPS (Customer Project Support). 61 Creating high level technical reports i.e., root cause analysis, inspection & Serious incident report if need. 61 Escalate and work with technology team to approve the cost out ideas for the implementation. 61 Participate in various forums, drive and contribute in various cost out ideas and Turbine availability drivers. 61 Data collection, analysis and deriving projects for driving down cost and increasing the availability. 61 Managing technical projects. 61 Support vendor qualification/evaluation. Qualifications: 61 Bachelor/Master's degree in CFD or Mechanical Engineering with 10-15 years of technical experience. 61 Wind turbine knowledge/experience preferred. 61 Project Management experience or technical team leadership preferred. 61 Strong knowledges and solid R&D experiences on thermal-fluid analysis of cooling and lubrication systems, verification and validation of CFD models according to best practices, thermodynamic and fluid mechanical knowledge on gearbox, power converter, generator, transformer, Powertrain, Hub or Nacelle modules etc. 61 Comfortable in working within multi-cultural and multi-national team. 61 Strong communication skills, a high technical proficiency, and excellent proficiency in English are essential. 61 Innovative analytical and problem-solving capabilities are desired. 61 The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a challenging environment is crucial. 61 Outstanding Time/Project Management skills are expected.
