1,Develops specific marketing plans for products or therapeutic areas within the organization.
2,Interprets and translates scientific clinical data into commercial implications.
3,Alliance with partner accross the whole value chain, incl. supply, commecial promotion, medical development and PV etc.
4, Conducts and manages primary and secondary market research projects, including labeling and advertising. Analyzes data and makes strategic recommendations. Provides marketing insight and direction to optimize new product launches.
5,Recommends pricing strategies, and monitors budget and expenditures.
* MNC background * Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of Marketing/Sales * 2-3 years Pharmaceutical or relevant Marketing experience preferred, Oncology preferred * Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing) * Strong Project Management capabilities, self-motivated and results-driven * Strong execution capability, strong cross-functional communication
