岗位职责 1. 收集和汇总客诉信息,组织相关部门召开质量改进会议,进行故障分析和改进计划等。 Collected and summarized customer complaint information, organized relevant departments to hold quality improvement meetings, and conducted fault analysis and improvement plans. 2. 成品出厂前的检验工作和客户现场验收工作 (FAT)。 Inspection of finished products before delivery and customer site acceptance work (FAT) 3. 每月编制质量报告。 Prepare monthly quality report。 4. 参与编制质量控制计划、作业指导书和检查表,并通过过程/产品审核等确保其实施。 Participate in the preparation of quality control plans, work instructions and checklists, and ensure their implementation through process/product audits. 5. 参与ISO内部审核和IMS(综合管理体系)改进。 Participate in ISO internal audit and IMS (Integrated Management System) improvement. 6. 计量器具的日常维护和台账管理工作。 Daily maintenance of measuring instruments and ledger management. 7. 部门经理交办的其他工作。 Other tasks assigned by department manager. 技能: 1. 熟练的英语听说读写能力。Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing . 2. 熟悉机械加工行业产品及零件。 Familiar with sheet metal manufacturing products. 3. 图纸识别能力。 Drawing reading ability. 4. 熟悉常用检验量具/设备。 Familiar with normal measuring and testing equipment. 5. 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系。 Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system. 6. 良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。 Good communication and teamwork.
