WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE This is an E2E brand marketing Role with responsibilities across brand building & performance management (50%) and brand development & innovation (50%). Detailed description of this role as follows: 1. Lead the delivery of innovation, renovation and designed-for-channel projects to the agreed timeline with high quality standards (OTIF). 2. Responsible for the performance management of Domestos and CIF in-market portfolios and the deployment of relevant promotion/marketing activities consistent with brand integrated business plan. 3.Work closely with RD, supply chain, finance and CBD teams to develop in-depth understanding of the category including shopper behaviors, category segments and channels in assist of find new growth opportunities. 4. Work closely with channel partners and external agencies in developing creative marketing assets to elevate brand image & consumer experiences in multiple touchpoints.
