主要职责
1. 建立、维护并持续改善质量管理体系，并确保其有效运行。
2. 可独立完成PPAP资料的准备与提交。
3. 熟悉汽车开发流程APQP各个阶段的关键任务与要求，能够熟练运用该流程来应对客户的审核。
4. 对于审核过程中客户开出的不符合项，能够精准的指导相关部门进行有效整改，并确保不符合项得到及时关闭。
5. 负责内部汽车产品质量相关数据的分析和持续改善。
6. 具备解读客户各类稽核表的能力，能够精准的分发到各部门，协调并指导各部门及时完成，确保符合客户要求。
7. 及时、主动完成上级主管交办的各项任务。

任职要求
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上汽车电子相关工作经验。
2. 熟悉IATF16949，VDA6.3，AEC-Q100车规体系和规范，能够熟练运用这些标准进行质量管理和审核。
3. 优秀的英语交流能力，能够在全球客户中进行无障碍交流，包括书面和口头沟通。
4. 良好的内部沟通能力，能够与不同部门有效协作，具备高度的责任心和快速响应能力，确保任务按时高质量完成。

Main Responsibility:
1. Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the quality management system, ensuring its effective operation.
2. Capable of independently preparing and submitting PPAP documentation.
3. Familiar with the key tasks and requirements of each stage of the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process, and capable of skillfully applying this process to meet customer audit requirements.
4. Able to accurately guide relevant departments in effectively rectifying nonconformities identified during audits, and ensure that these nonconformities are closed in a timely manner.
5. Responsible for analyzing and continuously improving internal data related to automotive product quality.
6. Possess the ability to interpret various customer audit forms, accurately distribute them to relevant departments, coordinate and guide responsible owners to complete tasks in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
7. Timely and proactively complete all tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements
1. A full-time bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience in automotive electronics.
2. Familiar with the IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and AEC-Q100 automotive quality standards and specifications, and capable of skillfully applying these standards for quality management and audits.
3. Excellent English communication skills, able to communicate fluently with global customers, including both written and verbal communication.
4. Good internal communication skills, able to effectively cooperate with relevant departments, possessing a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to respond quickly, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
