Main Responsibility: 1. Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the quality management system, ensuring its effective operation. 2. Capable of independently preparing and submitting PPAP documentation. 3. Familiar with the key tasks and requirements of each stage of the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process, and capable of skillfully applying this process to meet customer audit requirements. 4. Able to accurately guide relevant departments in effectively rectifying nonconformities identified during audits, and ensure that these nonconformities are closed in a timely manner. 5. Responsible for analyzing and continuously improving internal data related to automotive product quality. 6. Possess the ability to interpret various customer audit forms, accurately distribute them to relevant departments, coordinate and guide responsible owners to complete tasks in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. 7. Timely and proactively complete all tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements 1. A full-time bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience in automotive electronics. 2. Familiar with the IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and AEC-Q100 automotive quality standards and specifications, and capable of skillfully applying these standards for quality management and audits. 3. Excellent English communication skills, able to communicate fluently with global customers, including both written and verbal communication. 4. Good internal communication skills, able to effectively cooperate with relevant departments, possessing a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to respond quickly, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
