Job responsibilities：
1. 国内和全球项目的供应商寻找、开发，沟通和管理(包括供应商评估，选择和跟踪) 。Supplier sourcing, development, communication and management for domestic and global projects (including suppliers’ evaluation, selection as well as performance tracking).
2. 开发并维护与供应商的关系，以确保产品的***条款和质量。
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best terms and quality of products.
3. 利用SAP软件进行采购活动。
Utilize SAP software for purchasing activities.
4. 与工程团队协调，了解技术规范和要求。
Coordinate with engineering teams to understand technical specifications and requirements.
5.市场调查，与供应商协商合同和协议。
Marketing research , Negotiate contracts and agreements.
6.采购活动、成本分析和供应商表现的报告。
- Reports on purchasing activities, cost analyses, and supplier performance.
7. 跨国部门合作（中国、德国），确保项目的进度兼顾成本控制。
Work in a cross-function and multiple region team China and Germany as a team player to ensure the project schedule and cost control.
岗位要求：
Requirements:
1.工程、供应链管理、工商管理或相关专业学士学位。
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 了解汽车零部件和工程原理。
Understand automotive components and engineering principles.
3. 3年以上的采购经验，有汽车行业工作为先。
Above 3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the automotive industry.
4.英语口语，书面熟练。
Both spoken and written English excellent.
5. 出色的谈判、沟通和人际交往能力。
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. 有SAP经验或相关经验优先。
SAP experience or related experience is preferred.
