Strategic Support: Assist the Service Operations Director in turning strategies into practical plans and helping with the implementation of new initiatives. 2. Process Improvement: Focus on streamlining service processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with standards. 3. Cost Management: Support cost control efforts by monitoring resource use and ensuring effective service delivery. 4. Data Analysis: Use data to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and suggest improvements for the service department. 5. Project Coordination: Coordinate key projects, including AAA, Seamflow, and SOS team initiatives.
What Are We Looking For? 1. Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience. A Master’s degree is a plus. 2. Skills: Strong IT skills, including Ms. Office, Intermediate Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work with data and spot trends. 3. Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with good reporting skills. 4. Competencies: Strong communication skills, customer focus, proactive attitude, and understanding of organizational dynamics.
