Responsibilities:
Leading product development projects, overseeing sound/vibration/fatigue programs. Developing product sound ratings, predicting and simulating product application sound levels, and applying new technology for product sound and vibration control. Jobsite sound and vibration issue diagnosis capability. Perform experimental studies (laboratory testing, data acquisition and process, etc.). Should demonstrate good project documentation skills. Should have positive attitude and good interpersonal skills. Should be able to work collaboratively with various people. Strong customer focus, absorb critical reviews to consistently deliver beyond customer expectations. Qualifications:
MS or PHD Degree in Acoustical Engineering. Working knowledge in Acoustics and Structural Dynamic Test Techniques and Dynamic Test Instrumentation. Skilled in LMS Test.Lab, B&K Pulse or other test and data process system. And/or skilled in acoustics simulation software. Ability to work in a team environment, applying theoretical and test knowledge to product sound and vibration control. Good verbal and written communication skills required. Key Competencies:
