Position Summary: The mission of this position is to drive sustainable growth in sales on company direct-owned online platform such as APP, Red, and Tiktok by liaising with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Finance. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: - Set up annual business target and drive the achievement with RIGHT strategy in sales, product and marketing; - Work with product and marketing department to roll-out online buying plan, product assortment and promotion plan against different D2C platform; - Initiate annual plan of contents and promotions based on annual budget; - Overall see ECOMM operations and manage TP to ensure optimized service delivery and customer satisfaction; - Online CRM setup and synchronization across online D2C channels; - Review and analyze sales performance included but not limited to new/existing users, traffics volume, top 10 products, clicks, likes, web shopping cart, average unit price, and physical locations of end user in order for new sales opportunity; - Responsible for online marketing expenses and ROI;
