Job Description：
61 Provide MEP support and assessment to lead Project Manager of projects

61 Be able to evaluate the lifecycle cost for MEP equipment selection

61 Manage MEP design quality provided by designer
管控设计师提供的机电设计方案的质量
61 Establish MEP inspection check list and protocol
建立机电检查核对表和草案
61 Develop the testing and commissioning (T&C) strategy. Review and approve T&C plan

61 Prepare technical document for tendering

61 Coordinate with cost manage to review and conduct VE for MEP design

Job Requirements ：
61 Bachelor’s degree. Major in MEP or project management
本科以上学历，机电或项目管理专业。
61 10+ years experiences in project management for Gymnasium / Stadium or Sports theme park projects
10年以上体育场馆或主题乐园的项目管理经验
61 Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation
熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规
61 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

61 Has on-site experience
