Responsibilities:
1. Manage category for Mechatronic Parts (for example: Water pump, oil pump, etc…).
2. Product development, make product development plan and roadmap according to company NPI goal and product coverage target.
3. Project management, including product spec definition, timeline control, risk assessment, drawing/product validation, new part number creation, “end to end” management….
4. Ownership of responsible category performance, including yearly turnover, P&L, growth rate …
5. Market information awareness to support sales on product technical and commercial level.
6. Support data and catalogue colleague to prepare local responsible catalogue data.
7. Oversea headquarters or business communication.
8. Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
1. Personality: pro-active in communicating in an international environment with colleague globally, coordinative and teamwork, self-driven and willing to learn.
2. Education: bachelor or above, automotive, mechanical engineering or related will be a plus.
3. Work experience: 3 -5 years working experience, automotive related industry background: PM /RD /AE will be a plus.
4. Skills: project management experience or as member, cross region communication experience.
5. Fluent English both oral and written, familiar with MS Office.
