职位概述
- Responsible for automotive communication components homologation business eg: T-box product E-Mark and RF certification. 负责汽车通讯部件的认证业务: 如 T-box 产品的 E-mark 和无线认证。
- Technical expert in automotive communication sector 汽车检测及通讯领域的技术专家。
岗位职责
1. Project focus 项目管理
-Manage and handle automotive electrical & communication component homologation projects 管理及跟进汽车电子零部件认证项目(包括 E-mark 及无线认证)
2. Inward focus 内部工作
-Buildup the working procedure / instruction in the responsible business field 建立所负责业务的工作流程与操作规范；
-Procedure of business operation inside mobility BU 优化所负责业务在汽车事业部内部的执行流程；
-Improve the competence in the responsible business field 提升所负责业务领域的技术能力及市场竞争力；
-Coordinate the overseas’ resources for supporting and developing the responsible business field 协调海外资源以支持
和发展相关业务；
- Reach the Quality Target in person 达成个人业绩指标。
3. Outward focus 外部工作
-Analyze responsible market needs, customers’ expectations and competition 分析市场需求,客户期望及竞争态势；
-To prepare expansion of scope of services 筹备业务范围的扩展；
-Monitor new services offered by existing competitors 收集现有竞争对手的新服务动态；
-Focus on customer satisfaction 持续关注客户满意度。
任职条件
1. BS Degree in a related field, Eg: Automotive electric or electronic, wireless or communication. 本科及以上学历: 汽车电子、无线通信、电子信息工程等相关专业；
2. 5 years minimum relevant Automotive testing / certification filed or wireless/communication field. 5 年以上汽车检测认证行业或无线通信领域相关经验；
3. Must be fluent in speaking in English minimum. CET 4 英语口语流利，需通过大学英语四级(CET-4)；
4. A *** business development and/or project management experience in one or several of the following sectors: Automotive testing and homologation, wireless and communication. 在以下至少一个领域具备业务拓展或项目管理经验: 汽车检测与认证、无线通信；
5. Self-motivated and able to work independent. 自驱力强，能够独立高效完成工作.
