Trade Compliance Management 86 Main point of contact for Government Authorities (Customs Bureau Commercial and Commodity Bureau...) team regarding China trade compliance program components 86 Perform audit as requested by AEO regulation 86 Support to maintain and enhance processes and procedures regarding regulated trade activities (imports, exports, trade programs). 86 Perform basic legislative and operational compliance impact analysis. 86 Provide guidance to teams concerning the requirements and obligations of intra China and cross-border movement of goods.
2. Import Operations 86 Manage daily operations with the broker, MLB stakeholders to ensure engagement is established and communicate with relevant internal parties for incomplete documents or discrepancies in documents. 86 Identify Customs areas and evaluate related internal controls, develop action plan to mitigate and address identified risks. 86 Lead efforts to manage operational compliance with all import/export activities to meet compliance requirements; maintain ability to participate in any relevant special programs or other related activities. 86 Manage transportation and related logistics service of goods to or from internal and/or external customers/suppliers. 86 Coordinate with internal logistic teams, freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective delivery of goods. 86 Manage shipment and customs activities for import & export services. 86 Maintain project logistic risks and opportunities to enable proactive upstream and downstream influence and savings opportunities. 86 Identify and implement best cost solutions regarding transport mode, route, carrier selection. 86 Working cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes.
