SUMMARY The Sales Leader oversees the sales team, develops strategies to achieve revenue goals, and ensures the team delivers exceptional customer service. This role involves coaching team members, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Including but not limited to 1. Sales Strategy and Planning Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals. Create actionable plans to expand the customer base and increase market share. 2. Team Leadership and Management Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. 3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track and analyze sales performance metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion rates, pipeline growth). Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Prepare regular sales reports for senior management. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, BD and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Provide input on product development and marketing campaigns based on customer feedback.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year university, MBA will be plus Proven experience as a Sales Leader, Sales Manager, or similar role. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving team performance. Experience in equipment/mechanical industry, or channel management will be a plus. English, fluent in both writing and speaking
