Setup industrialization plan for NPI&Transfer project and get alignment with supplier and project master plan.
Lead risk assessment and lesson learned on industrialization part of NPI&Transfer project at beginning and closing.
Lead DFMA for critical NPI project with supporting from process engineering team and R&D team .
Lead PFMEA and define process CTQ then follow up with SQE for Control plan.
Design productivity target and NRE/Capex budget at PS and confirm targets after design frozen with support from Industrial engineering and engineering team.
Lead or support manufacturing process design/ line setup based on specific business model.
Lead or support manufacturing line release based on specific business model to reach target production KPI as agreed at product frozen stage with supporting from supplier quality.
Lead the continuous improvement of MVA and BOM in life cycle management with support from cross functional team.
As operation rep in DFX project team to define manufacture improvement opportunity and realize defined action plan.
