Job Description

Name of the position: Account Manager / Key Account Manager
Department/Function: Sales
Report to: Sales Manager
Based in: Shanghai

Main tasks/Job content

61 New/potential customer developing mainly in the Yangtze River Delta region but not limited.
61 Maintain relationship with current customers and expand business.
61 Take lead of business and projects in the region and report to line manager.
61 Follow up and maintain/expand relationship/business which given by company.
61 Full responsibility of KPI achievement.
61 Full responsibility of contract and agreement signing with customer.
61 Full responsibility for account receivable in time.
61 Support company to control stock level in responsible area.
61 Accurate information to all support team to secure right information of customer requirements.
61 Registration of all activities in CRM system.
61 Set up daily/weekly activity schedule.
61 Support line manager for customer management
61 Weekly and monthly meeting/report to line manager
61 Teamwork with other departments, especially for customer service, technical and purchasing

Position Requirements

61 College degree or above.
61 Sound Mandarin, good communication/presentation skills.
61 Excellent English level both for oral and written is mandatory.
61 Sales background, experienced and confident working with global accounts is preferred.
61 Packaging, Automotive line or packaging related background is preferred.
61 High understanding of value adding sales.
61 Structured approach to work and handling many tasks.
61 Good office software operation skill.
61 Good plan making skill.
61 Intercultural understanding.
61 Ability to travel.
