Reporting to: Manager of Trade Settlement & Confirmation Operations China

Location: Deutsche Bank (China) Co, Ltd, Shanghai Branch


Duties/Responsibilities:
61 Involve in trade processing and settlements for Investment Banking products such as FX, OTC, FI etc.
61 Ensure daily processing are in compliant with internal control policies, procedures and standards as well as external regulatory requirements.
61 Ensure timely and accurate settlement of transactions .
61 Close monitoring and effective management of trade confirmations to reduce outstanding aged items.
61 Liaise and follow-up with Front Office on booking and/or settlement issue.
61 Involve in regulatory reporting as maker.


Requirements / Qualifications / Experiences
61 Graduate with 5-8 years’ work experience in Banking and Finance and possess relevant product knowledge
61 Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
61 Proficient with MS Office applications
