Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
83 Responsible for Solenoid NBO projects development to make sure solenoid projects following design guides and engineering development process. Document product specifications, design decisions, and technical requirements. 83 Develop and implement corrective actions to address solenoid product defects and performance issues, conduct prototypes manufacture 、DV/PV validation to ensure solenoid product reliability and performance 83 Collaborate with cross-function teams to continue to improve solenoid product cost and performance, and enhance customer’s satisfaction 83 Support resolution of plant solenoid product quality and manufacturing issues, support existing projects smoothly launch, implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction 83 Collaborate with cross-function team to promote solenoid product VAVE activities, identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction 83 Strictly follow product development process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones ,and monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet any changing requirements

Requirements / Qualifications 83 Master/B.S. degree in Mechanical engineering (Mechanical and Electrical engineering is added advantage) 83 With at least 3 years of solenoid product development experience (solenoid of VCT system in Automotive product development experience is added advantage) 83 Knowledge with basic electromagnetic theory used for solenoid product 83 Experience with the full engineering product development process and documents (DVP&R,DFMEA,DRBFM and the other documents) 83 Experience with mechanical design stackup ,software(Creo/UG/Catia),simulation(Ansys) and datas analysis software (Minitab) application(solenoid product simulation experience added advantage) 83 Experience with failure analysis methods and tooling 8D/Red-X/5W2H/Fishbone/Others 83 Good English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required 83 Knowledge of product life-cycle management to support projects development and management during product development stage 83 Excellent communication skills with customer and cross function team are required 83 Positive and down-to-earth attitude and team oriented ,strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
