Responsibilities:

61Support within the yearly budgeting and monthly forecasting process for project planning with CPM team;
61Drive monthly Project closing process including JV booking, Accural , Revenue and GM analysis based on OCC report ;
61Support Project billing and SO creation, project closure and other system supporting tasks;
61Support RHQ charge and project hours booking;
61Support all PC function Ad-hoc related tasks
61Cooperate and collaborate effectively with CPM team in Japan, local management and other Regions.
61Carry out ad-hoc operational and financial analyses to help drive growth;
Any other ad-hoc related projects.

Education/Skills

61University or above preferred major business administration (Controlling, Accounting, Finance)
61Fluent in oral and written English.
61Very good knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP FI and SAP OCC;
61Advanced Microsoft office skills, esp. Excel, Power Point;

Experience

61Typically 3 - 5 year experience in financial analysis area (accounting, controlling, etc.) with good knowledge of SAP system, Project management experience is preferred.
61Strong analytical skills required, systematic working style;
611 year experience of managing project business, preferably from the Energy Sector (power plants) or Industry Sector.
61Experience in MNC is a plus.
61Good ownership and excellent communication and interpersonal skills-strong collaboration approach in a diversified team and cross-cultural environment
