职位描述
Responsibilities
61 Work with both production sites, Anlon and Kingston, and customers to identify / translate customer unmet needs back to INVISTA team for product/process improvement.
61 Proactively seek and understand upcoming developing needs of the customer as well as market trends.
61 Build credibility and trust with the customer to solve quality, suitability, and technical issues. Drive continuous quality and improvement to improve INVISTA value in use for the customer.
61 Organize audits, technical communications, and visit to customers to understand their processes, requirements, and improve quality.
61 Work as part of INVISTA Asia Pacific technical service team, communicate with commercial team on quality expectations, weaving issues, competitor status fabric performance, etc…
61 Be the voice of the customer (VOC) for the Invista team; responsible to bridge internal team and customer’s interests.
61 On quality issues, work with site quality to prepare customer 8D report(s), investigation findings report(s), and explain to customer including any mitigations.
61 Support R&D / Site Technical for products technical validation/qualification process and MOC. Communicate key findings, opportunities, recommendations, etc…
61 Complete all qualification procedures of a trial to improve suitability and new programs development.
61 Participate with the customers, function team, and site by cooperating, sharing knowledge that will lead to transformational results.
61 Work as technical service for non-airbag customers, process small lot inventory.
61 Work with the global Tech Marketing team to share knowledge and key learnings.

Requirements:
61 Over 5 years of relevant work experience.
61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Textile, Material Science or Chemical Engineering related.
61 Workable proficiency in English, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
61 Experience in independently handling customer technical services.
61 Understanding of weaving processes and knowledge in the textile industry.
61 Experience in automotive applications is preferred.

61 成为 Invista 团队的客户代言人 (VOC);负责连接内部团队和客户的利益。
61 在质量问题上,与现场质量部门合作,为客户准备 8D报告、调查结果报告,并向客户解释,包括任何缓解措施。
61 支持研发/现场技术产品技术验证/资格认证过程和MOC。 传达关键发现、机会、建议等...
61 完成试用的所有资格认证程序,以提高适用性和新计划的开发。
61 通过合作、分享知识,与客户、职能团队和现场互动,从而带来变革性成果。
61 作为非安全气囊客户的技术服务,处理小批量库存。
61 与全球技术营销团队合作,分享知识和关键学习成果。

要求:
61 超过 5 年的相关工作经验。
61 纺织、材料科学或化学工程相关专业本科或以上学历。
61 熟练的英语,具有有效的书面和口头沟通技巧。
61 独立处理客户技术服务的经验。
61 了解纺织行业的织造工艺和知识。
61 有汽车应用经验者优先。
