Key duties:
主要职责：
1. Fully support the sites’ manufacturing, In-depth study and research of process, take the lead in establishing process technical specifications, follow up the implementation of process technical specifications, ensure production line to implement it in accordance with official technical documents, monitor production process and ensure good product quality and yield;
深入学习与研究工艺过程，主导建立工艺过程技术规范，跟进工艺技术规范落实情况，确保产线按照发布的技术文件执行落实生产，监控生产工艺过程确保良好产品质量与得率；
2. Provide process and technical support to plant operations including troubleshooting support as issues arise. The leading role of Production-quality interface and cooperate with all Dept.’s to well maintain in-process quality, investigate in-process related quality issues, identify root cause and follow up corrective & preventive actions;
提供技术支持，调查研究质量技术问题根源，提供有针对性的解决方案，跟进纠正及预防措施执行情况及总结结果反馈；
3. Lead the process related improvement projects, support the new products trial run and mass production introduction;
主导工艺改进相关项目, 协助新产品试产与批量生产导入。
4. Further analyze production process issues and propose constructive solutions, promote the development of production technology, operation, testing and troubleshooting capabilities by implementing master plans, drive and embed Innovation and CI culture in Production team;
对生产现场出现的质量问题进行源头分析，提供有建设性的解决方案，主导制定执行总体改进计划推动生产工艺、技术、操作、测试和问题解决能力，提升过程创新与质量持续改进意识；
5. Cooperate with technical/quality/engineering departments to improve the process capability, equipment reliability, product quality, yield rate & productivity etc. performance.
与其他部门共同合作，提升工艺过程能力，设备可靠性，产品质量，得率与生产效率。
6. Other jobs related Process documentation;
工艺文档管理相关工作。

Knowledge, Skills & Requirements:
岗位要求：
1. College degree or equivalent in chemical engineering, Plastics materials or industry related major；
化工专业或其他工科专业本科及以上学历。
2. 5+ years solid process engineer working experience in chemical/cellulose acetate plastics manufacturing facility is highly preferred；
5年以上相关制造业工作经验，具有化工、醋酸纤维素塑料行业工艺工程师工作经验者优先考虑。
3. Excellent communication skills, good at learning, with hands-on ability to solve practical problems；优秀的沟通技能，善于学习，具有动手解决实际问题的能力。
4. Deep curiosity about challenging job and good understanding of various process and production variables;
对挑战性工作富有深度好奇心，善于理解各种工艺及生产变量因素；
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English；
良好中英文听说读写能力;
6. Good Skills with PC software like Excel, Word, PPT and Project etc.；
良好电脑应用操作技巧。
