We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and proactive Production/Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both engineering design and project management, with a strong ability to manage project timelines, create 3D designs, and ensure smooth production processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products to our clients on time.

o Maintain and update the Production planning, ensuring optimized planning and on-time delivery.
o Prepare accurate Quotations factoring in cost, lead times, and technical specifications.
o Perform Post-calculation of project costs, analysing discrepancies and ensuring that projects stay within budget.
o Order related Engineering. Translate text-based contracts and customer drawings into: 3D design and 2D drawings
o Production Tracking: Monitor the production status of ongoing orders, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met. Proactively identify and address any potential delays or issues.
o Work in close Collaboration with other engineers and production to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
o Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate production processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
o (Co)Supervise the Quality of projects
Requirements
61 You are fluent in English and Chinese
61 By preference you have an engineering background, affinity with technology is a must
61 Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling techniques.
61 Experience with preparing and analysing quotations and cost calculations.
61 Proven experience in production or project engineering roles.
61 Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
61 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
61 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
61 Experience with 3D software, we use Inventor
61 Experience in job shop engineering, the welding process
61 Knowledgeable in metal processing methods such as Machining, milling, (laser)cutting, sparking, sandblasting, water jetting, welding, bending, etc.
