Job Description

Job Objectives:
This role is pivotal in driving the development, deployment, and optimization of technical products and engineering solutions. The incumbent is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of technical projects, from conceptualization to implementation and support. team to foster new business growth and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deploy technical products
2. Manage the development and delivery of engineering solutions
3. Collaborate with the supply chain team to develop technical resources
4. Work closely with the account team to support operations and deliveries, aiming for continuous improvement in asset management
5. Collaborate with the commercial team to support new business growth and development initiatives
6. Assist the regional technical service team with products, performance programs, and deployment in local account
7. Provide technical support and expertise for account transitions as a subject matter expert

Report to: ISS China Head of Technical Products & Performance

Position Requirements:
1. Engineering background in HVAC, mechanical, BMS or electrical.
2. Experience in Technical Services management within mechanical, electrical and HVAC engineering
3. Familiarity with facility and utility system, operations, and maintenance
4. Industry leading knowledge of Technical trends and innovative concepts, both in and about to enter the marketplace
5. Strong service and customer orientation
6. Project Management and Change Management experience
7. Self-motivated, structured, systematic and collaborative
8. Strong collaboration and communication skills will be essential, given the role will work with diverse stakeholders and clients
Note: Due to the widespread Technical Services footprint in China, regular travel will be necessary.
