General Description
85 Identifies and evaluates the system architectural elements from the system requirements and creates the system architectural design specification, also oversees the system integration and test against the architecture.
Key Accountabilities
85 Allocate stakeholder requirement
85 Analyze stakeholder requirement internally and with customer, maintain and update the requirement compliance matrix
85 Create, structure and specify internal requirements
85 Bi direction trace the system requirement
85 Specify and document the element of the system
85 Allocate system requirements to system elements
85 Define and document the interface of the system elements between subsystem of gearbox, eMotor and inverter
85 Generate bi directional traceability of architecture document
85 Optional could works as feature owner for torque application and efficiency related topic

Qualifications & Requirements
85 Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required
85 At least 5 years’ experience in electrical or hybrid powertrain development is required
85 Deep knowledge of system development and concept design electrical or hybrid powertrain is required
85 Good knowledge and experience work for the program following ASPICE development, especially familiar with SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3
85 Good knowledge to utilize Polaron, Jira system
85 Good cooperation, communication and organization capabilities
85 Good written and spoken English is required
