Overview of job This position will be the key person to handle management report, statutory report, accounting reconciliation and provide support to internal operations and external audit. Reporting of the role This role reports to the Regional Finance Manager, GroupM APAC regional Major Responsibilities: 61 Generate Financial Reports: Use reporting system to generate timely and accurate financial reports, including but not limited to P&L, balance sheet, intercompany report, sub-schedules etc. for both management and statutory books. 61 Account Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, proactively identify and report any intercompany mismatches, coordinate with market finance teams for corrections. 61 Month End Closing: support market month end closing, check and examine market submission, rectify timely if any errors, collect and provide variance financial analysis. 61 Budgeting and Forecasting: generate annual budget and forecast reports, review market submission, promptly assist market to reflect the latest adjustment updates. 61 Report Updates and New Report Setup: Maintain and update existing report template; design and set up new reports as required. 61 APAC Central Support: as CS member, examine and review data across all markets in APAC region, report to HK regional team in a timely manner to assist resolving issues. 61 Admin: report market submission status, handle admin work i.e. filing document etc. 61 Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the team lead. Job Requirements: 1. Experience: At least 4 years of experience in financial reporting, candidate with experience from big four accounting firm is recommended. 2. Educational Background: A degree in accounting or finance, CPA/ACCA preferred. 3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of macros. Experience working with ERP reporting systems is highly desirable. 4. Personal Qualities: Honest, strong sense of responsibility and initiative, Good logical thinking and analytical skills Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision. Good time management skill, able to complete tasks on time under pressure Excellent communication skills and teamwork 5. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (English is the main communication language)
