Job Responsibilities: 1. In charge of E&I related reliability activities 2. Leading the improvement of E&I equipment and process. 3. Back up for E&I engineers from Russia head office 4. Support site I/E engineer to do trouble shooting and provide value-added solutions and Reliability improvement. 5. Check the integrality of information, the veracity of data, and ensure the reliability of equipment information 6. Work closely with process, design and quality engineers to solve issues and optimize systems 7. Support technical audit activities as professional engineers Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in instrument automation, chemical equipment related knowledge 2. At least 5 years of technical experience in a processing industry (or better) in chemical companies or engineering companies on E&I practices. 3. Certification with low voltage electricity license and 35KV or above on duty license is highly preferred 4. Excellent communication and teamwork 5. Systematic problem-solving ability 6. Fully understand IEC standards and rich experiences in petrochemical and fine chemicals industries 7. Can work in suppliers’ workshops to witness key tests and solve quality issues if necessary 8. English speaking and writing are preferred.
