Job Responsibilities: 1. Maintain a strong understanding of customer's product expectation 2. Ensure approved calendar and timelines are met. 3. Organize and conduct product review (risk analysis) with new orders. 4. Manage suppliers/factories to ensure timely submission of samples, fabric quality and accessories for customer's approval. 5. Manage suppliers/factories to ensure timely submission of lab-dips, shade bands, fabric testing, garment pre-production and production samples for testing. 6. Assist to work with our QC collaboratively to resolve quality related issues . 7. Preview approval submits ensuring submits are meeting expectation before sending to internal parties 8. Responsible for the entire product flow and capability and manage the work flow smoothly.. 9. Assist to negotiate and be liaison with vendors or suppliers 10. Work on internal reports 11. Teamwork and collaboration; disciplined approach with a proper organizing skill 12. Travel to factories as needed
Requirements: 1. Must have 5+ years' experience with apparel product categories including but not limited to knit, woven, sweater 2. Experience with children’s wear is a plus 3. Must have good communication, organization skill and efficient administration skills 4. Work experience with buying office or brands is a plus 5. Candidates must be willing to take ownership of their work and be a problem solver. 6. Experience with RFT and Risk Assessment is preferred. 7. Strong experience in printing techniques, fabric printing knowledge are preferred. 8. Excellent know-how about critical T&A and the ability to escalate potential ontime or quality issues to resources. 9. A good understanding of fabrication and various printing techniques is a plus
