Assist line manager and closely work with cross-function team to ensure the mkt calendar implementation, support on new product launch process and provide data support.
WORKING SCOPE:
MKT calendar implementation:
1) Support line manager on campaign planning and leading brand campaign from ideation to execution.
2) Work closely with cross-function teams to align the campaign execution and monitor the performance.
3) Coordinate with agencies to ensure the on-time on-quality deliverables
4) Support on budget management.
New product launch support:
1) Analyze market trend, consumer insight and competitors to generate product local launch insights and identify the opportunity.
2) Support GTM plans, ensuring product readiness including product concept, asset creation and cross-team coordination (SC, TMKT, RD, RA, Legal, …).
3) Responsible for the product-elected system inputs.
Data support:
1) Responsible for the data analysis (QTB/ Nielsen/ Kantar/ …) for business, campaign, and product post-launch tracking and understand WHY.
QUALIFICATION:
1) Bachelor’s degree and above.
2) 2yr+ experience in brand MKT or brand communication with hands-on participation in campaigns.
3) FMCG/ Beauty experience preferred.
4) English proficiency (CET-6 or equivalent) for cross-border communication.
