ROLE:
61 Support D365 roll out project management in its tasks such as Quality Management (QM), Reporting, Budget Controlling, Planning, Training, Communication, etc.
61 Responsible for setting standards (documentation/reporting) within the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 Collect information from stakeholders to assist project management.
61 Support project management with tracking and reporting needs.
61 Assist local project management in day-to-day operational activities.
61 Create guidelines for document management, including monitoring and tracking.
61 Support communication and coordination across teams and projects.
61 Assist the project management team in understanding and applying Agile methodology.
61 Report and coordinate meetings and project timelines with both internal and external stakeholders.
61 Identify and address potential issues and risks in strategic planning.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
61 Educational Background:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology or a related field is required.
61 Experience:
Proven experience in project management, particularly in large-scale global IT projects.
Experience with D365 or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and its application in project management.
61 Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential issues and risks.
61 Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
