Roles and Responsibilities:
1 Provide internal valuations independently. Support in the improvement of the processes by providing technical advice on the following - Internal and external valuations, valuation reporting and audit.

2 Support Financial Projections for Acquisitions, Developments, and Recycle: Assist in creating and reviewing financial models to estimate costs, forecast revenues, and analyze returns for various projects.
支持项目收购、开发、退出的测算:协助创建和审核财务模型,对项目成本进行估算,预测收益,并分析回报。
3 Develop and Optimize Investment Models: Build and refine investment models for cost projections, revenue forecasting, and ROI (Return on Investment) analysis.
建立和优化投资模型:构建和完善投资模型,用于成本预测、收益预测和投资回报率(ROI)分析。
4 Perform Regular Portfolio Performance Evaluations: Monitor the performance of the investment portfolio against established metrics, promptly identify and address potential issues, optimize portfolio allocations, and enhance investment returns.

5 Align with Fund Investment and Development Strategies: Understand the fund's investment and development strategies and facilitate their implementation across various investment projects.

6 Budget and KPI Formulation and Tracking: Establish and monitor budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.

7 Evaluate and Design Real Estate Transaction Structures: Responsible for assessing and designing real estate transaction schemes that align with business goals and market conditions.

8 Conduct Market Research and Reporting: Perform market research, organize and analyze information, provide system support, and generate reports as needed.

Minimum Job Requirements:
1 Bachelor's degree or higher from a prestigious university, majoring in Finance or Economics. Holding a CFA certificate is preferred.
教育背景:重点院校本科及以上学历,金融或经济类专业毕业。持有CFA证书者优先。
2 Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry with a solid understanding of market dynamics.
工作经验:至少5年商业地产行业相关工作经验,对市场动态有深入了解。
3 Experience in commercial real estate asset management, valuation and data analysis.
优先背景:具有房地产资产管理、评估和数据分析经验。
4 Strong numerical logic and analytical abilities to interpret data and drive decision-making.

5 Excellent market analysis and forecasting capabilities to accurately identify market trends and investment opportunities, supporting investment decisions.

6 Proven negotiation skills and a problem-solving mindset to effectively address challenges.
