Main Responsibility: 1. Channel development and management, covers portfolio strategy, promotional strategy and core business cycle management 2. Lead business planning cycle incl. sales forecast and budget planning, co-work closely with sales team and EC-MKT team, provide management team clear business picture with suggestion and solution 3. Cascade brand strategy and marketing plan to channel, lead resource allocation within channel to achieve target 4. Monitor by account P&L, generate optimization direction to sales team and EC-MKT, oversee execution 5. Develop pricing strategy, promotional policy and handle promotional investment 6. Monitor EC in-site execution incl. D11, 618, SBD, new product launch, etc Qualifications / Requirements: Must 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. 5 year working experience 3. 3 year in eCommerce 4. Fluent in English, both writing and speaking Preferred 5. Trade marketing or sales experience
