Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Head Office finance manager in overseeing the financial management of 5 overseas branches, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance across teams. 2. Ensure smooth month-end closing for overseas branches, providing accurate financial data and analysis to support decision-making. 3. Provide comprehensive financial analysis, including general and administrative expenses, gross margin, and other key metrics, enabling effective decision-making. 4. Participate in monthly operational meetings, prepare reports, and analyze financial variances across different functions to drive operational optimization. 5. Support the annual budgeting and planning process, analyzing the implementation of financial policies and optimizing financial strategies. 6. Work closely with overseas finance teams to ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations in each location. 7. Coordinate with local finance teams on tax filings, accounts receivable refunds, and annual reports to government authorities, ensuring full compliance. 8. Manage and coordinate the external audit process, ensuring financial transparency and accuracy for the company. 9. Oversee the consolidation of intercompany transactions, improving the efficiency of cross-company financial collaboration. 10. Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
We are looking for candidates who have: 1. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Preference for graduates from 985/211 universities or candidates with experience in multinational companies or top-tier firms. 2. At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and management, with a proven track record in multinational corporations or during financial transformation processes. 3. Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms. 4. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with the ability to perform data analysis and create detailed financial reports. 5. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a problem-solving mindset and innovative thinking. 6. CCPA, ACA, or other relevant financial certifications are a plus.
