Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities 主要职责: 1.13Complete invoice processing and accounting booking in an accurate and timely manner 2.Take responsibility of expense claim system 3.Responsible for supplier data creation and management 4.Responsible for verify, analyse, investigate and resolve payable invoice discrepancies and deficiency 5.Prepare weekly cash flow on weekly basis 6.Review expense claims and complete accounting book in an accurate and timely manner based on the Scania 7.Prepare weekly payment list for all payments within the time schedule 8.Monitor and liquidate advance to employees 9.Reconciliation reports at end of month end 10.Accounting voucher's filing and management 11.Identify the routine process issue or risk, propose with solution and escalate to the line manager, enhance controllership and drive process improvement continually 12.Key contact window for queries from suppliers related to AP and expenses claims 13.Key contract with Banks 14.Need to be fully aware of accuracy, cycle time / time schedule for payment and closing etc 15.Actively participate in the month-end closing process, ensuring compliance with Corporate and statutory requirements 16.Provide support in external and internal audits 17.Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions from accounting perspective 18.Other assignment related to accounting treatments
Education and/or Experience 教育背景/经验: 1.University education with supporting role experience 2.Strong written and oral communication skills 3.Strong understanding of local laws and regulations impacting on SHE management 4.Good negotiation and influencing skills 5.Good time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines 6.Ability to organise own workload and that of the team 7.Ability to take initiative and work under pressure 8.Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and manage key relationships 9.Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese 10.Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
