Job Overview (Main Mission, Role, Purpose and Function)
Under the leadership of General Manager, efficiently and effectively arrange and manage GM work schedules, responsible for interpretation and translation of meetings and documents, assist GM to manage the departments of the company to coordinate internal and external relationships.
Main job content and responsibilities (Verb + noun object + words for further description of the task)
1、Coordination
(1)Arrange GM working calendar effectively
(2)Provide translation and interpretation for General Manager
(3)Ensure to deal with the GM office and departments' coordination effectively, all tasks allocated will be finished)
(4)Work report, work summary, company historical records and Meeting Minutes finished timely and accurately
(5)keep and maintain all General Manager relevant files, documents, OA work and business guests reception
2、Others
Accomplish the other tasks allocated by GM
Qualification
1、Educational background
Bachelor or above
Admin/BA/English professional
2、Training experience (relevant qualification certificates)
Admin/ Business English
English qualification certificates
3、Work experience
Have over 3 years of working experience
4、Professional knowledge
Familiar with admin management
5、Skills
Good at English in listening/writing/speaking/reading
Skilled in using computer and Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint )
