Job Responsibility: Support for purchasing activities related to domestic and export business service)Including 1. Inquiry-handling, price checking, file set up 2. Regular check PR and inform to purchasers to place order 3. Order price checking, support for price comparison before order placing 4. Order confirmation process and upload OC & PO in SAP 5. Delivery time observation, updating bonus data in Masterfile 6. Communication with 3PL partner to make sure goods on board in time 7. Place order from headquarter for import parts for domestic business 8. Information statistic for sourcing team 9. Other assignment may needed by Purchasing Manager
Job qualification: 1. University graduated 2. At least 3 years work experience, ideally in team assistant roles 3. Work experience on import & export business, fasteners areas are plus. 4. Details-driven, process-driven and a self-disciplined attitude is very important for this position. 5. SAP or other ERP experience is preferred. 6. Rich experience for Microsoft Excel is a must. 7. Excellent communication-influencing and problem solving skills. 8. Fluent English speaking and writing
