YEAP即Young Engineer Acceleration Program 大陆集团中国研发菁英训练营，是大陆集团在中国推出的针对软件开发、系统测试、电子电气和机械工程师岗位的研发菁英培养项目，赋能年轻工程师的快速成长与发展。面向理工科背景的2025届本科&硕士应届毕业生进行招募，软件工程/车辆工程/电子/通信/自动化/机械/计算机等专业为佳。

Job Responsibility:
1- Review / analyze / refine the customer requirements (both functional requirement and safety requirement) of control features such as ABS, AYC, TCS, AVH, IPB, FSA and etc.
2- Implement / Realize the customer requirement of control features from function design to the Software code.
3- Verify the Software realization in component level and analyze / fix the issues reported from the other integration test in higher level.
4- Finish all the necessary development activities and documentation according to Continental development process from quote to release.
5- Support / discuss the new feature needs with customer and communicate / collaborate with worldwide Continental team for offering competitive solution in the Chinese market.

Job Requirement:
1- Master Degree is preferred, major in automotive, electrical & electronic, control or software engineering
2- With open- mind, team work and ownership
3- English level: CET-6; German is plus
