Job Responsibility：
1-Develop test plan to verify product functions according to product and project requirements/ 根据产品和项目需求，制定测试计划来验证产品功能
2-Plan and arrange test resource for required test/根据测试条目，规划安排测试资源
3-Perform tests according to test plan and test specification/根据测试计划和测试规范，完成试验
4-Record, document and analyze test result with all relevant parties/记录、分析、归档测试结果
5-Create and review test report/创建并审阅测试报告

Job Requirement:
1-education+major: Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related/ 本科及以上学历，机械工程及相关专业
2-Skills_hard: Mechanical basic knowledge, strong practical ability/ 基本机械工程知识背景，动手能力强
3-Skills_soft: teamwork, communication/ 团队合作，沟通能力强
4-English: Basic read/write in English/基本英语读、写能力
