Mandatory requirements:
1) Able to express, organise, analyse and present in English.
2) Able to speak and read in Mandarin.
3) 5-8 years experience in a senior management position.
4) Knowledge of oilfield products and manufacturing operations.
5) Familiar with manufacturing reports, capacity planning, forecasting, budgeting, team management, quality control, work improvement etc.
6) Willing to live in Shanghai.
7) Malaysians & Singaporeans welcomed.
