How You Contribute - As a Management Trainee 1) Support managers in generating front-end business insights and evaluating performance by reports or data analysis. 2) Conduct market research and competitive analysis with a result of a concise presentation in logical strategic-thinking. 3) Collaborate with other functions/brands on project-basis to create more synergy with innovation. - Within Marketing function 1) Conduct market research with logical analysis to identify market needs and preferences with insights of market key players in sports industry. 2) Contribute relevant initiatives and implementing them to address the gaps and leverage opportunities 3) Develop marketing plans and campaigns following with detail monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 2. Role Qualifications 1)Passionate at outdoor and retail business. Love sports. 2)Eager to learn with inner drive to achieve more and commit to impact. 3)Good at communication as a team player to achieve better win-win situations. 4)Detail driven with comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft office software (especially Excel & PPT). 5)Bachelor or above degree in any discipline.
